General Civil Litigation 

Mr. Wood has a general civil litigation practice including business litigation cases and catastrophic personal injury cases.

Libel and Defamation 

Mr. Wood handles tort claims for libel, slander and defamation arising out of the publication or broadcast of false statements of fact damaging the reputations of individuals or businesses.

Consultation on Media Issues 

Mr. Wood consults with attorneys, businesses and individuals on media issues, providing, among other things, legal and practical advice on how attorneys, businesses and individuals should deal with the media in high profile cases and in cases where a client is on trial in the court of public opinion.

Medical Malpractice 

Mr. Wood represents individuals who have suffered catastrophic injury or loss from the medical negligence of a physician, nurse, hospital or other professional health care provider.
