Taylor Wilson practices complex civil litigation in both federal and state court. His principal areas of representation include business and commercial litigation in both contract and tort, False Claims Act cases, and actions for defamation and related First Amendment issues. He also has experience handling trademark infringement cases and a wide variety of fiduciary litigation in the business and estate/trust arenas.
Taylor joined L. Lin Wood, P.C. as an Associate in 2015 after practicing general civil litigation in a local boutique firm. He is a native of Marietta, Georgia, and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Taylor competed on UGA’s Business Negotiation Competition Team, assisted in the prosecution of felonies in the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s office under Georgia’s Third Year Practice Act, clerked for the Honorable Wesley B. Tailor in Fulton County State Court, and worked in-house for Acuity Brands, Inc. Prior to attending law school, Taylor graduated with a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
